Chaos is an uneducated stripper who knows that life deals guys like him a rotten hand. The old bump-and-grind gets decidedly bumpier when he meets RJ at a bachelor party, and finds the only things being stripped away are his heart’s carefully erected defenses.

A Hard Man is Good to Find by Kiernan Kelly is a sexy, fast-paced story. I really enjoyed the strong chemistry between the two main characters-Chaos and RJ.

The two men meet when Chaos is hired to strip at RJ’s sister’s bachelorette party. As soon as the two men meet, they are immediately attracted to one another. Soon, they are in each other’s arms. Both men unable to deny the physical chemistry between them. But as they get to know one another, and physical attraction begins to grow into an emotional attachment, their budding friendship/relationship is put to the test.

I really liked this book. I liked how Chaos and RJ seem to be polar opposites of each other, but they find a common ground between them. I also liked the sizzling attraction they had, as well as, the special kinship they felt for one another.

This is a fast-paced book and although Chaos and RJ immediately jump into a physical relationship with each other, they definitely take their relationship slower. Both men, especially Chaos, is very afraid of change and giving his heart and trust to anyone, even RJ. I liked how Chaos’ character really begins to evolve as the story progresses. It was good to see him begin to see himself as someone worthy of love and being loved.

I wish the story had been longer. The end felt a tad bit rushed, but otherwise, I enjoyed it. If you are looking for a quick read on a hot summer day, A Hard Man is Good to Find would be a good choice for you. To my knowledge, I haven’t read many books by this author, but after reading Chaos and RJ’s story, I’m going to have to check more books out by her. Hopefully, she’ll write more about these two men in the future. I’d love to see how things work out between them.
